In the wider world, we see this all playing out. Through all the structures in our society and cultures, through the different sides of the spectrum, through the questioning and censoring… This is not the first time the global consciousness has had to shift and adapt. But this is the first time that things are starting to appear much more obvious.

Deep grounding – Being in the present moment, with our soul’s vehicle, exploring through our beautiful breath and feeling our heartbeat. When was the last time you enjoyed your body, how it moves and the senses fully? If we are to function fully in our daily life, it is important to be more grounded – In this part of the workshop, I will share simple ways to make this part of our life. Small practical tools that create balance!

In one lifetime, we are burning more karma and having more experiences than generations before us! Our soul’s contract was to be here during these changes and transformations. We are becoming more sensory beings… Digesting and processing so much more energy and information. In the Age Of Aquarius, this will speed up. Our intuition and inner guidance will be one of the main ways to navigate these times.
