4 trims since, roughly 2-4 inches
Freeforming since 2004. Wash and go!
Routine:
To wash: Wash with a clear shampoo once a week or African black soap. Apple Cider Vinegar rinse before a final water rinse.
For moisture: Sweet almond oil or sprtiz with a mix of water/essential oils (like lemongrass or rosemary eo). Daily brushing with a soft bristle brush keeps locs looking more “alive” 🙂
Colour: I like to dye my locs jet black (they tend to be naturally dark brown) every 3 months, my locs sprakle more in this colour! 🙂
Aug 2013… I took down my locs for 3 months
…And then loced again for my 2nd set!
