3 Minute Yoga Exercise: Connect To Your Heart, Release Your Ego

I am a strong believer that having a yoga or meditation practice does not have to take too long. In fact, just adding small quick sessions throughout the day can make a huge difference! Here is one of my favourite to connect with the heart and release the ego.

Our Heart – Balance Point

The Heart Center (The balance point – 4th Chakra) is the balance point in the body between the flow of the upper energies of the Heavens and the lower energies of the Earth, where experience shifts from β€œMe to We” or Me to Thee.”

4th Chakra: Love and Compassion
Awakening to spiritual awareness; forgiveness and service

This is a firm favourite as one of my morning routines. It’s simple, easy to do and does not take long. 3 Minutes will set the tone for the whole day ahead!
